Portable Stainless Steel Gas Grill

You can see the flame as opposed to looking with a magnifying glass on some bbq’s to find the flame…..you will hear the sizzle of the burgers or steak when it hits the 1/2” round closely arranged rods of the cooking grill. If you want to see sear lines on the meat, then this is the bbq for you. for chicken or other slower cooking items, the knob has great adjustment down to medium and low for slow cooking. The burners are also arranged in a way where you can shut off half the bbq and indirectly cook by placing the whole chicken or other slab of meat in a pan on the side that is off, shut the lid, and there you have an oven of indirect cooking….just come out 45 minutes later for a whole chicken and see the golden brown finished product. There is none juicer or looks better than this. To clean while you are eating you meal, simply close the lid with the flame left on and burn away all the grease or any stuck on parts of meat on the cooking grill to dry to an ash….a quick brush or metal spatula the next time you cook is all it takes to be ready again. When you life the lid on a PGS, you will feel the quality. The bullnose fronts and design of the overall bbq, shows much care and design has gone into this unit. From the castor wheel design to the double door thickness to the fold down shelves for saving space when not it use, its hard to wait until the next opportunity to grill again.
