This same bbq can come on a portable cart or a stationary base model or even a post with no base to be cemented into the ground for a very clean look. This page shows the head only for built in installations…The structure can be made out of brick, stone, stucco, and/or can have aluminum framing with any number of finishes, with tile or granite for the countertop….That is totally up to you. a contractor can help you decide and give experienced opinions. Some structures are build with aluminum framing, hardie board and then covered with stucco, brick, rock or tile….tile can also be used as the countertop along with brick, or granite or even other surfaces such as butcher block for unique looks…The unique style with it’s bullnose and other curved features and also see in pgs accessories such as side burners, drawers and doors for storage and other uses…..With the heavy duty 1/2” thick diameter of the cookings grills, there will not only be more heat transferred to the meat for sear lines but also quicker cook time….the stainless steel cooking grills can be cleaned with a metal surface like a spatula or brush and do not need special care like porcelain cooking grills. Indirect cooking can also be achieved by shutting off half the bbq. The burners are arranged in this way for this purpose….a baking pan with a whole chicken can be placed on the cooking grill on the other side that is off for indirect cooking….Leave it and return in 45 minutes for a done chicken…..all the juices remain under the golden brown chicken.
