Return Policy

Items to be returned will range from 20% to 25% (depending on the product) restocking fee plus customer must pay shipping back to designated location.
Customer must call first for a return authorization number
All merchandise delivered by freight truck (common carrier), must be inspected by customer. If any box looks dented or damaged in any way, driver must make notation and must mark any damages before consignee (person accepting the shipment) signs the paperwork and accepting the delivery. Boxes opened later and then discovering damage without driver making notation, is considered concealed damage. You have 15 days to report concealed damage to freight company. Shipping companies do not always cover concealed damage items. Concealed damage is between consignee and freight company.
All custom orders have a 72 hours cancellation time limit. After that, there can be no refunds.
Any item used or installed cannot be returned for refund.
Any item ordered and then cancelled after item is shipped, must refuse order and pay the 25% restocking charge and pay shipping to and from factory or warehouse where product was originally shipped from.
Once an order is cancelled, there will be approx. 30 day time period before refund will be issued.
Any item used or installed which have a problem will be considered according to factory warrantee
Customers have 30 days to return products under the return policy above for refunds, less restocking and shipping charges

Most Items Are Shipped UPS – Variations in shipping methods sometime happen. If shipping method is different than what is charged, we will contact the customer to confirm continuing with the order for the difference in cost or cancel the order.
